PRP injections use your own blood platelets to speed up the healing process when dealing with sports injuries, chronic pain, or recovery after surgery.

Bone Marrow Aspirate Cells (BMAC) therapy

Bone Marrow is aspirated right in the office in a minimally invasive fashion with a small trochar/needle that concentrates the bone marrow which has stem cells and other cells that help the stem cells in it.  The BMAC can be used on its own or alongside PRP to promote healing on a cellular level.

Your treatment plan is personalized based on your diagnosis, pain levels, injury prevention goals, and favorite spots or athletic activities to help you move and feel your best.

How many rehab sessions do I need to recover from my injury?

To determine how many rehab sessions or visits you need to recover from your injury, Dr. Pietropaoli performs a thorough physical exam and may recommend X-rays or an MRI, both of which are available in the office.  Dr. Pietropaoli directly communicates and collaborates with the rehabilitation team to come up with a personalized treatment plan.

In many cases, you begin with multiple rehab sessions in one week before spacing your visits out weekly or monthly, depending on your diagnosis and treatment plan.
